 JDR 172 Thatched Cottage Brazilian Embroidery Pattern

Nestled in a corner of days gone by is this thatched roof cottage. Walk along the lined path and see the bird house and bird bath.
The roof on this cottage is very 3 dimensional and life-like.
The following basic stitching directions are NOT included.
Stem stitch, Outline stitch, Straight stitch, French knots, Bullions, Satin Stitch, Cast-ons.
If you know the technique for these stitches you will need NO other directions.
The directions are quite complete with lots of picture diagrams.

The following is a list of color choice used in the sample.
The Trunk of the Large Tree ( Used in sample: Dark Brown Cotton Floss DMC 433)or (Iris 120)
Tree Leaves on large tree: Iris (040)
The Trunk of the Small tree on the right. (Used in sample: DMC 433) or Iris 120
Apples beads or glory red (152), pink or yellow
Leaves:(Glory 095)
Leaves On the Shrubs: Iris or Glory. (095, 121, 160)
House Body: Use 2 strands of white cotton floss or (1 strand glory 000).
Outline (Used in sample: DMC 433) or Iris 120.
Thatch padding: Brown or tan Lola (223 or 225)
Thatch Topping: (Used in sample: DMC 435 and 436) or Iris 223 and Iris 225.
Roof Ridge: (Used in sample: DMC 435 )or Iris 225.
Chimney: (Used in sample: DMC 415, 414) or Iris 132 and Iris 228.
Birdhouse: white cotton floss or glory / Iris 000. (Used in sample: DMC 433) or Iris 120, Brown or tan Lola (223 or 225)
(Used in sample: DMC 435 and 436) or Iris 223 and Iris 225.
Bird Bath: (Used in Sample: DMC 415)
(Used in sample: DMC 414) Iris 132 and Iris 228; Blending Filament.
Steps: (Used in sample: DMC 415, 414) or Iris 132 and Iris 228.
Flowers along Steps: Various colors in glory.
Birds: 1 strand of any blue bird color glory (123) or DMC.
Hollyhocks: The leaves (glory 216) Flowers: Glory (141) and any glory (114).
Golden Chain Tree: Iris or Glory (121) glory (114)
